1. Submit a Consultation Request

Full Name
Current height and weight
Desired Lengthening Area: Femur or Tibia
Any medical history or allergies
Your preferred consultation dates and times

We will confirm the final schedule based on your availability and our team’s calendar.

2. Advance Notice Required

All consultation bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the desired date. This ensures adequate time for scheduling and preparation.

3. Free Consultation – Online or In-Person

We provide complimentary consultations, available in two formats:

In-person at our clinic in Ho Chi Minh City
Online via secure video call (Zoom/WhatsApp/WeChat)

4. What to Expect During the Consultation

Each consultation lasts approximately 2 hours and includes:

Full evaluation of your goals and expectations
Bone structure and X-ray review(If online, you will need to upload your X-rays before the consultation)
Personalized recommendation of suitable lengthening method
Discussion of surgical timeline, risks, and recovery

Patients are encouraged to prepare a list of questions for the surgeon.

After the consultation, you will receive a guided introduction to:

Our patient accommodation options
Surgical and post-operative care facilities
Meet-up with former or current patients (upon request)

II. Booking Process for Limb Lengthening Surgery

1. Submit Your Booking Request

To begin, contact us directly via WhatsApp or Email with the following information:

Full name
Planned arrival date in Vietnam
Passport photo (for visa invitation letter)
Current height & weight
Medical history (including any chronic conditions, previous surgeries, or allergies)
Selected surgery package:
- Tibial Lengthening
- Femur Lengthening

2. Secure Your Surgery with a Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD is required to confirm your booking.

Payment is made via Transferwise.com
If you are unfamiliar with the platform, our personal assistant will guide you through the transfer process.
Once the deposit is confirmed, your surgery package price is locked for 2 years , even if clinic pricing changes.

3. Visa Invitation Letter

After we receive your deposit and required documents:

We will issue an official visa invitation letter
Processing time: Approximately 2 weeks
This letter supports your visa application for medical treatment in Vietnam

4. Preparation Timeline & Flexibility

All bookings must be made at least 1 month in advance .

You may reschedule your arrival date without any additional fees (with prior notice).

Important Notes ⚠️

The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once paid, your package fee is fixed for 2 years , regardless of inflation or future pricing changes.
